It was our best experience in Tuscany. The dishes were just amazing! 🤩 If I could, I would put 6 stars for this restaurant. The waiters are very nice and welcoming. If I had to come back in Tuscany, I would definitly come back here in this wonderful place. I strongly recommend this restaurant!

La Voglia was one of the best meals we had during our trip through Rome and Chianti! Eric’s wine recommendation was excellent, and every dish was better than the last (and there were fantastic options for vegetarians). The artichoke flan, cacio e pepe, and eggplant were truly incredible. We can’t wait to return during our next trip to Gaiole.

This restaurant was fabulous - the food, staff and atmosphere was superb. Very tasty authentic dishes at a fair price! Chianti has many restaurants but I can assure you that this is one of the best at this price point and is by far the best in Gaiole

We had a delicious dinner, starting with a pecorino cheese aperitivo (three types of cheese) paired with homemade jams. Then cacio e pepe (an excellent pasta) and ragu. We enjoyed it with a glass of Chianti red wine. A wonderful place in a small town, we’d love to come back 🙂
